Since olden times the gourmets consider the Bluefin tuna a real delicacy for its delicate and special taste. For us, it was caught in the Adriatic Sea off the coast of Croatia.
On October 30, guests of Guramma Modern Asia were able to enjoy an incredible culinary show – gutting of large Bluefin tuna. Our chief cook Pavel Klyuchnik with a team of sushi cooks surprised everyone with their culinary talents and exquisite menu. Beyond the pleasure of the performance itself, all guests also received pleasant gastronomic compliments from the freshest Bluefin tuna.
