Moët&Chandon Champagne Dinner

On November 28, the Guramma Modern Asia restaurant organized an exclusive tasting evening together with the house Moët & Chandon, during which all guests held an unforgettable dinner in company with five types of famous champagne.

The chief cook Pavel Klyuchnik has developed unique dishes that perfectly match and reveal a palette of tastes for each type of champagne. Only during this evening and exclusively for the guests of Guramma Modern Asia, they prepared whale meat, Mink Kudzira and Abalone mollusk.

The director of the restaurant, Valentina Martirosyan, knows how the atmosphere affects the perception of taste and gastronomic impressions, how important it is for guests, so the dinner was held to the accompaniment of real jazz virtuoso Pavel Ignatiev.
